Our specialised team’s philosophy is to make everything easy for you and we will respond immediately to any request you might have. We strive everyday to make excellence a habit.

 98% of calls are answered by our internal team within 30 seconds.

We have 19 dedicated staff in our in-house customer care centre in MERLYN Headquarters in Kilkenny, which consists of a specialised technical team, sales team and bespoke team who will look after any request that you might have. We know how important first impressions are but lasting impressions are everything. We really are a friendly team who will do everything we can to help you. You can trust us that we will work with you to find a solution. What we try to do is deliver continuous improvement. We work everyday to take small steps that we can do to improve your experience with us.
