How do I make a claim under the MERLYN Lifetime Guarantee?
If you believe your MERLYN shower enclosure has a manufacturing defect, you should contact MERLYN Technical Services as soon as the defect is discovered. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and supporting information. If a defect in materials or manufacture is confirmed, MERLYN will, at its discretion, repair the enclosure, supply replacement parts, or refund the purchase price.
