Glass shattering and parts subject to wear are not covered by the lifetime guarantee.

Electrical products have a 5-year guarantee and are not covered by the lifetime guarantee.

Please note that Mershield™ is not covered under the guarantee as it is solely dependent on the owner's water supplier and the level of care and maintenance it receives.
